Redefining the Identity of a Corporate Campus: A Vibrant and Human-Centric Workplace

       在全球化和技术快速发展的背景下，企业总部园区的角色正在经历深刻的转变。不再仅仅是办公空间的集合，它更是一个多功能、多维度、高度灵活且富有情感共鸣的工作生活综合体。我们提出的这一总部园区设计方案，正是对这种趋势的深刻回应，旨在创造一个既高效又充满人文关怀的空间，能够激发员工的创造力，并对未来不确定性带来的挑战做出灵活反应。

 In an era defined by globalization and rapid technological evolution, the role of the corporate headquarters campus is undergoing profound transformation. No longer merely a collection of office buildings, it has become a multifunctional, multidimensional, highly adaptable, and emotionally resonant live-work ecosystem. Our design for this headquarters campus is a deliberate response to this paradigm shift—aiming to create a space that is not only operationally efficient but also deeply humanistic, one that fosters creativity and remains resilient in the face of future uncertainties.

Design Philosophy: Multiplicity and a Sense of Belonging

园区的整体规划与建筑设计从一开始就致力于打造一种“清晰的气场”。通过洁白的建筑外墙与温暖木质元素的结合，创造出一种洁净而生态的空间品质。庭院中粗犷的草木与精致的空间布局形成鲜明对比，营造出戏剧性的美感，使自然与人工环境和谐共存。模块化的活动场景设计允许根据未来发展需求进行调整，确保园区始终具备适应性和灵活性。

 From the outset, the masterplan and architectural language were conceived to establish a “clear spatial aura.” Pristine white façades paired with warm timber elements articulate a sense of purity and ecological integrity. Within courtyards, rugged native grasses and wild plantings contrast with meticulously crafted spatial sequences, generating a dramatic yet ecologically grounded aesthetic—one where nature and architecture exist in dynamic harmony. Modular, reconfigurable event zones ensure the campus can evolve seamlessly alongside shifting organizational needs, guaranteeing long-term adaptability and functional flexibility.

Spaces for Innovation and Wellbeing

      进入园区，访客首先感受到的是一个开放而包容的空间氛围。蜿蜒于树丛中的楼梯不仅作为雕塑性的景观存在，还引导视线和人流到达屋顶花园，进一步强化了公司“打破惯性思维，突破边界”的核心价值观。这些设计元素不仅仅是物理空间的构建，更是对企业文化与品牌个性的展示。

此外，我们在办公及生活研发界面增加了人性化和舒适性的设计，提供了充足的休息和社交空间。通过将品牌的颜色、图形、标志等元素融入到标识系统和装饰细节中，增强了整个园区的品牌识别度和一致性。

 Upon entering the campus, visitors are immediately enveloped by an atmosphere of openness and inclusivity. A sculptural staircase, nestled among trees, serves both as a landmark and a vertical connector—guiding movement and gaze upward to the rooftop gardens. This gesture physically and symbolically reinforces the company’s core values: “challenging conventions, transcending boundaries, and prioritizing human care.” These spatial interventions are not merely formal exercises; they are tangible expressions of corporate identity and brand ethos.

Human-centered design extends throughout the interface between work, life, and R&D functions. Ample rest areas, informal gathering spaces, and social hubs are thoughtfully integrated. Brand elements—colors, graphics, logos, and mottos—are subtly woven into wayfinding systems, signage, and material details, enhancing visual coherence and reinforcing brand recognition across scales.

传统智慧与现代技术的融合

Integrating Traditional Wisdom with Contemporary Systems

         在空间规划层面，我们借鉴了中国古代城市肌理的理念，采用“里”作为基本单元，形成了一个模块化的矩阵体系。这种设计不仅满足了当前的需求，也为未来的扩展预留了充足的可能性。无论是在地面层还是建筑立面语言上，“格构系统”贯穿始终，赋予了整个园区视觉上的连续性和结构上的韵律美。

 At the planning level, we drew inspiration from the urban fabric of ancient Chinese cities. Using the traditional unit of measurement “Li” (里) as a generative module, we developed a modular matrix system. This framework not only satisfies current programmatic requirements but also allows for organic expansion in any direction—accommodating diverse spatial scales and future scenarios. Whether on the ground plane or in the architectural façade language, a unifying “lattice system” threads through the entire site, establishing visual continuity and rhythmic structural harmony. This strategy achieves what we term “heterogeneous homology”—diverse forms unified by a shared underlying logic.

可持续发展与未来适应性

Sustainability and Future-Proof Flexibility

      园区内的每一个设计决策都考虑到了可持续发展的原则。例如，出挑的露台和雨棚有效遮挡了夏日西晒阳光，为室内提供柔和的漫反射光线，减少了空调和电灯的使用。实验楼改造成为办公建筑时，保留了自用和对外出租的双重可能性，体现了设计的高度灵活性。

 Every design decision embeds principles of environmental responsibility. Deep overhangs, cantilevered terraces, and angled glazing effectively mitigate harsh western sun exposure in summer, while diffusing soft, natural light into interiors—reducing reliance on artificial lighting and mechanical cooling. The adaptive reuse of an existing laboratory building into flexible office space further exemplifies this ethos: designed to support both internal use and potential future leasing, it embodies strategic foresight and economic pragmatism.By radiating outward from the preserved water tower—a historic anchor—we integrate multiple modular units to form an independent yet open event plaza, creating a new focal point for community interaction and cultural programming.

这座总部园区不仅仅是一系列建筑物的集合，它是一个有机的整体，一个能够随着时间和需求变化而不断进化的生态系统。通过对空间、材料、文化和技术的深度融合，我们希望能够为企业创造一个既能激发创新又能带来心灵慰藉的理想工作环境。

 This headquarters campus is more than an architectural ensemble; it is a living, evolving organism. Through the synthesis of spatial intelligence, cultural resonance, ecological sensitivity, and systemic flexibility, we have crafted a workplace that not only performs—but inspires, heals, and endures.
