









在藏霞宾馆的立面改造中,我们试图在“记忆的连续性”与“当代的物质性”之间寻找一种动态平衡。设计回避了宏大叙事的堆砌,转而关注对岭南地域元素的微观提取与重构。设计通过岭南本土符号(花砖、绿瓷、拱门)的当代转译,探讨地域性符号在现代立面叙事中的可能性。
In the facade renovation of the Zangxia Hotel, we seek a dynamic equilibrium between the "continuity of memory" and "contemporary materiality." Eschewing the accumulation of grand narratives, the design focuses on the micro-extraction and reconstruction of Lingnan’s regional elements. By translating indigenous symbols—such as patterned cement tiles, green ceramics, and arched openings—into a modern architectural language, we explore the potential of regional iconography within contemporary facade narratives.
在建筑整体构架上,设计顺应山势采取了横向展开的姿态。建筑如同一组水平放置的“时间地层”,通过物理尺度的延展,实现了与山脉等高线的深层锚固。
Following the natural contours of the mountain, the overall structure adopts a horizontal posture. The building functions as a series of leveled "temporal strata," achieving a profound anchoring with the mountain's topography through its elongated physical scale.
绿色瓷砖的介入,旨在呼应飞霞山深厚的文化背景,而花砖的拼贴,则是在局部尺度上对场地历史痕迹的细腻微缩,连续的拱形界面不仅呼应了建筑内部的精神包裹感,更作为一种取景框,将山林的景观韵律有选择性地引入室内,嵌入的混凝土体量作为坚实的“结构锚点”,与轻盈的阳台、祖母绿瓷砖以及拱门元素交织在一起。这种“重”与“轻”、“灰”与“彩”的对峙,不仅强化了建筑的水平张力,更在立面上构建出一种建构意义上的层次感。
The introduction of green ceramic tiles resonates with the deep cultural heritage of Feixia Mountain, while the mosaic of patterned tiles serves as a delicate miniaturization of historical traces. Continuous arched interfaces not only echo the spiritual sense of enclosure within but also function as curated frames, selectively channeling the rhythmic mountain landscape into the interior. Embedded concrete volumes act as solid "tectonic anchors," interweaving with the light balconies, emerald-green tiles, and arched elements. This juxtaposition of "heaviness and lightness"—as well as "monochromatic grey and vibrant hues"—not only reinforces the horizontal tension but also constructs a layered hierarchy of tectonic significance.
